We developed our two to three-day teamwork encounters to bond groups of disparate people into collaborative teams. We can lead these encounters in either English or German.
The teamwork encounters are designed and conducted together with Ulrike Hanstein. Ms. Hanstein earned her degree in social sciences and has continued her education in organizational development. She has many years of practical experience as a coach and conflict manager in commerce and industry.
The encounters are hands-on, pace-intensive, problem-solving exercises conducted outdoors.
The activities amplify positive individual attributes and skills, emphasize the diversity of individual contributions, and compel the participants to work together.
The activities are appropriate for all age groups and levels of management. Because portions of the teamwork encounters take place outdoors, they are appropriate only for the warmer months, April through October.
They do not require physical strength or an aptitude or preference for sports. However, the participants must be willing to:
accept their own faults
learn from others
lead others
take risks
